One of the most anticipated games for the PSP is Konami's very cool, Death Jr. This clever game features Death Jr. (DJ), the teenaged son of the Grim Reaper, out on a field trip the Museum of Supernatural History with his equally unique group of friends. DJ's freaky friend Pandora inadvertently unleashes an ancient demon and all his demonic little minions. In this slick action game, it's up to DJ to not only save the world and his friends, but must manage to do all this without getting into some harsh trouble with his dad. Death Jr. is a weapons-heavy combat game that has gamers wielding DJ's scythe for melee attacks, plus other cool weapons including dual pistols, a Flamethrower, a lightening gun and exploding C4 hamsters. Straddling the line of first-person shooter and platformer, Death Jr. manages to pull off this cool combination with the help of a great 3D engine that showcases the PSP's first-rate graphics and gameplay abilities. This is one game that should be on top of everyone's "Gotta Try It" list.
