Preparation and proper tools are the key to any successful install; whether it is something as complicated as a motor swap, a simple exhaust upgrade, or getting the cute girl you just met to go home with you for the night (you figure out what to install in that scenario), knowing what needs to be done and having the proper tools to do it are key.

This EBC brake install started with my glass half full; I did not use the ideal tools for the job. Rather I set out on this automotive adventure with your everyday socket set - minus the rear brake caliper tool. I wanted to give you an idea of how to do a rotor/pad install with the tools we all have at our disposal; hell, I didn't even do this install in a garage - Cue the annoying neighbors yelling at me for working on my car in the parking lot!
